As an athlete, I have always been in acceptable shape and have kept a decent body. Though this year I am in the process of getting my certification to be a personal trainer through NASM. This has lead me to start working out at a more serious level and not just for fun or whenever I had a sudden desire to go to the gym. As I work out, more consistently I will be posting exercises that are good or exercises that are not so good. I will also let you know what the positioning of an exercise should be to prevent injury and maximize the effect of an exercise. However, it is also important to eat healthy as working out but eating fast food all the time will not get you anywhere.
